The Center for Women’s Legal Researches, Counselling and Protection (CWLRCP) conducted recreational days for women benefiting from the “Hayat” project, which aims to protect and empower women and families. Eighty women participated over two days, with 40 women attending each day.
The activity program, prepared by specialists at the “Hayat” project to mark the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence campaign (running from November 25th to December 10th), included an introduction to the international campaign.
The recreational days were held at the Roots Hotel. This activity is part of the project “A Holistic Approach to Shelter Services for Women Victims and Survivors of Violence in Palestine,” implemented by the Center in partnership with UN Women, and funded by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation.
