Training, Capacity Building, and Awareness Program
Training, Capacity Building, and Awareness Program

This program’s activities aim to strengthen the professional capacities of the Center and enhance the competencies of lawyers and providers of protection and social care services in both civil society organizations and governmental institutions.

The Center relies on a team of highly qualified and specialized trainers to contribute to raising awareness of democracy, human rights, and particularly women’s rights, as well as promoting legal literacy within Palestinian society. This is achieved through the development of training and educational programs aligned with the Center’s mission, including:

  • Providing training and educational expertise to women’s organizations and civil society institutions that incorporate legal literacy into their programs to foster change and promote respect for human rights.
  • Organizing training courses, seminars, and educational workshops for groups and individuals—especially women and youth.
  • Utilizing audio, print, and visual media tools to raise awareness within Palestinian society in support of this goal.
  • The Center uniquely conducts training for staff in official institutions across sectors such as the police and the Sharia judiciary, aiming to build their capacities and improve women’s access to justice and protection services.
