The training targets a number of beneficiaries of the services provided by Hayat Center for the Protection and Empowerment of Women and Families, aiming to build leadership personalities.

The training seeks to equip women with the necessary skills for every leader, develop innovative ideas, and understand the market and its segmentation.

Training will also be provided on preparing a leadership business plan.

This training is part of the “Success” project to empower young Palestinian women leaders in the agricultural sector, implemented by Save the Children International in partnership with Ma’an Development Center.
