CWLRCP Concludes Awareness Workshops for School Students

The Center for Women’s Legal Researches, Counselling and Protection (CWLRCP) concluded (25) educational workshops on violence and abuse, targeting students at all educational levels (primary, preparatory, and secondary). The workshops aimed to educate and guide students in various educational stages about violence and abuse.

A total of (20) workshops were conducted in government schools and 5 awareness workshops in community-based organizations in various governorates of the Gaza Strip.

A total of (956) students attended these workshops, including 663 female students and 293 male students. Of the total participants, 422 were refugees and 534 were citizens.

This activity is part of the “Protection and Empowerment of Women” project implemented by the Center and funded by the United Nations Humanitarian Fund projects.
