Ms. Lumi Young, the Gender Initiative Officer at UNRWA, met with Ms. Zeinab Al-Ghoneimi, Director of The Center for Women’s Legal Researches, Counselling and Protection (CWLRCP).

This meeting was held within the framework of coordination and networking with UNRWA to explore ways of providing support to the “Hayat” project for the protection and empowerment of women and families.

Ms. Young expressed her satisfaction with the success of the “Hayat” project in protecting and empowering abused women in the Gaza Strip.

Ms. Suham Abu Nasr from UNRWA and Ms. Tahani Qassem, Community Access Coordinator in the “Hayat” project, attended the meeting.
