Developing Administrative Policies and Procedures Manual (Hayat Project for the Protection and Empowerment of Women and Families)

The Center for Women’s Legal Researches, Counselling and Protection (CWLRCP) announces its need to develop an administrative policies and procedures manual specifically for the Hayat Protection Center for Women and Families project. This initiative falls under the project “Improving Comprehensive Protection Services for Women and Girls in Conflict-Affected Areas of the Gaza Strip,” in partnership with UN Women and funded by the Government of Japan.

Licensed companies specializing in providing this service are invited to obtain the tender documents from the CWLRCP during official working hours, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Interested bidders must comply with the following conditions:

  • Tender documents can be collected from Tuesday, August 9, 2016, until Thursday, August 11, 2016, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 100 NIS, payable to the Finance Department at the Center.
  • The deadline for submitting sealed bids is Sunday, August 14, 2016, at 12:00 PM (noon). Bids received after this time will not be accepted.
  • Bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on Sunday, August 14, 2016.
  • All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond of 5% of the total bid value, in the form of a bank guarantee or certified bank check. Price quotations and the guarantee must be valid for 30 days from the closing date. Personal checks or cash will not be accepted.
  • Bids that do not comply with any of the conditions outlined in the tender documents will be rejected.
  • The price must include Value Added Tax (VAT).
  • Prices must be quoted in NIS.
  • The Center is not obligated to accept the lowest price and reserves the right to reject any bid without giving reasons.
  • The supplier is required to provide a proper invoice.
  • The cost of the advertisement in the newspapers shall be borne by the winning bidder.
