Physical Therapy Sessions and Medical Follow-up: A Tender

ANNOUNCEMENT

The Center for Women’s Legal Researches, Counselling and Protection (CWLRCP) announces its intention to contract for physiotherapy (home-based sessions) and medical follow-up services for women with disabilities (survivors of the 2014 aggression on the Gaza Strip) as part of the activities of the “Supporting Sustainable Empowerment and Protection Services for Victims and Survivors of Violence” project, in partnership with UN Women and funded by Spanish Cooperation.

Licensed companies specializing in the provision of physiotherapy services are invited to obtain the tender documents from The Center for Women’s Legal Researches, Counselling and Protection (CWLRCP) during official working hours, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Those wishing to submit a tender must adhere to the following conditions:

  • Tender documents can be obtained from Monday, June 27, 2016, until Wednesday, June 29, 2016, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 100 NIS, payable to the Finance Department at the Center.
  • The deadline for submitting sealed tenders is Sunday, July 3, 2016, at 12:00 PM (noon). Tenders will not be accepted after this time.
  • Tender envelopes will be opened at 12:30 PM on Sunday, July 3, 2016.
  • All tenders must be accompanied by an initial guarantee of 5% of the tender value, in the form of a bank guarantee or certified bank check. Price quotations and the guarantee must be valid for 30 days from the closing date. Personal checks or cash will not be accepted.
  • Tenders that do not comply with any of the conditions outlined in the tender documents will be rejected.
  • Prices must include VAT.
  • Prices must be quoted in NIS (Shekels).
  • The Center is not obligated to accept the lowest price and reserves the right to reject any tender without giving reasons.
  • The supplier is obliged to provide a formal invoice.
  • The advertising fees in newspapers will be borne by the winning bidder.
